Terms of use

InterclubTeams is a team and pickup-game scheduling service independently operated by John Higgins. Support: paddlefbc@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and private links

Captain accounts are invitation-only. Use your own account, protect its credentials, and access only teams you are authorized to manage. A player or game link provides access to its specific reply controls; keep it private and report unwanted access. Do not impersonate a player, misuse contact information or send unsolicited marketing through the service.

Schedules and selections

Captains and organizers manage match details, invitations, lineups and reminders. Availability is separate from a lineup assignment, and lineup attendance may require a separate confirmation. Pickup games fill available spots in Yes-response order and place additional Yes replies on a waitlist. Places can change when replies or capacity change; check your private link for the latest status. Waitlist promotion updates the portal but does not itself guarantee an email notification.

Courts and participation

The app coordinates plans; it does not reserve a court or grant club access. Organizers and participants remain responsible for court bookings, guest rules, costs, equipment, and confirming that the venue and time are correct. A scheduling record is not a guarantee that a game will take place.

Messages

Captain-selected invitations and configured reminders may use email, and eligible team players may separately opt into SMS. Captains must use accurate contact information and an appropriate reminder schedule. SMS participation is governed by the linked SMS terms. Email, text and service availability are not guaranteed; providers can delay or reject messages. Check the portal and contact the organizer when a plan is time sensitive.

Service changes and help

Features and schedules may change. The operator may suspend access to protect users or the service. Contact support to request account or data changes. These terms and the privacy policy describe this scheduling service; they do not change a club’s own rules or policies.
