SMS program & opt-in

How players opt in

A captain adds a player to a private team roster and sends that player their personal portal link. The player sees their receiving mobile number and a separate optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked unless a current opt-in has been recorded for that number and the current disclosure. The player reviews the disclosure and policies, checks the box and saves. No public enrollment form on this page exposes or enrolls a player’s contact details.

Messages may include availability requests, match selections, and attendance confirmations. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of playing, purchase, or app use. I have reviewed the SMS terms and Privacy policy linked below.

Managing messages

Players can uncheck consent and save, or reply STOP. HELP provides support. Captains can customize scheduling reminders, but cannot remove the required program identity and opt-out instructions appended by the system. Texts require provider activation and appropriate registration. Pickup-game messages currently use email.
