InterclubTeams is independently operated by John Higgins. Contact paddlefbc@gmail.com about privacy, corrections, deletion or consent. This is a scheduling tool and does not represent an official club-wide communications policy.
Information we use
We use player names, email addresses, mobile numbers, team membership, match and pickup-game details, availability, lineups, attendance replies, and reminder preferences. SMS consent records include the receiving number, time, disclosure version and the disclosure shown. Captain accounts include their email, account identifier and team permissions. Amazon Cognito manages passwords; the app does not store captain passwords in a spreadsheet.
How the service works
We use information to organize teams and pickup games, collect replies, assign partners and lines, send requested invitations and scheduling reminders, and maintain access and consent records. Captains can see the records of teams they are authorized to manage. Pickup organizers see their own invitations and replies. Your private link grants access to your own reply controls; keep it private.
Storage and service providers
Amazon Web Services hosts the site, account sign-in, private access state, pickup-game records, background jobs and email delivery. Team scheduling records are stored in private Google Sheets accessible to the operator, authorized spreadsheet collaborators and a service account. Twilio and telecommunications carriers process phone numbers and message content when SMS is activated. These providers process information to operate the service.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred for another sender’s use. Service providers may process information to support this scheduling and messaging service, subject to applicable obligations. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Your choices
SMS is optional and is not a condition of playing, purchasing or using the app. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or uncheck SMS consent and save in your private portal. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies according to captain settings; message and data rates may apply. You may continue using email and the app without texts. Contact the operator about email scheduling preferences, data access, correction, removal or an exposed private link.
Retention and security
Scheduling and consent records are retained as needed to operate the service, support scheduling history and consent evidence, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Temporary request results expire after approximately one day, operational logs have a 14-day retention setting, and message submission guards expire after approximately one year. Backups may persist separately. Authorized captains and sheet collaborators must protect player data. Browser session storage holds sign-in and temporary login state; it is cleared on sign-out. No advertising or marketing analytics are included in this implementation.
